With diverse experience of leading teams and change programs across European, International and Australian markets, my career has included working in the Fuel (BP International and BP Australia), Lubricants (Castrol International), Brand Consulting (WPP Group) and Insurance sectors (Legal&General).
Being passionate about the power of emotion in people I established So-Brand Strategic Advisory in 2014, to support organisations in creating clear strategies that engage the organisation and and builds internal energy. I regularly attend and speak at events sharing my passion for making strategy work and bringing strategy to life in organisations.
I specialise in generating growth through supporting business leaders with enabling teams, clarifying strategy and achieving successful strategy implementation across staff and customers.

I am a Fellow Member of the Australian Marketing Institute (FMAMI) and hold a post graduate diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK). In addition, I attended the Kellogg School of Management Executive Programme for Sales and Marketing Leadership in Chicago.
